Trust Your Voice
It’s not always easy to trust your own voice when the world feels loud. Maybe you’ve been holding it all together for everyone else. Or maybe your teen is struggling, and you’re not sure how to help. You might even feel like the person you used to be has slipped away, leaving you exhausted, second-guessing, or just… stuck.
At Internal Compass, we help you tune back in…to your own needs, emotions, and strengths so you can move forward with more confidence and calm.

"You're braver than you believe, and stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think."
A. A. Milne's Reminder
When Life Feels Heavy, You Don’t Have to Carry It Alone
Maybe you’ve started to lose confidence after a relationship that left you questioning your worth. Maybe family stress keeps pulling you back into the same arguments. Or maybe ADHD or burnout has you feeling scattered, misunderstood, and tired of trying so hard to keep it together.
Whatever it is, you’ve been doing your best, and that’s already a lot. But trying to handle everything on your own doesn’t bring relief, it just wears you down.
At Internal Compass, therapy gives you space to breathe again. A space where you can show up exactly as you are” no judgment, no pressure, no pretending. Together, we’ll untangle what’s been weighing on you and build the confidence, clarity, and calm you need to feel more like yourself again.

Who We Help
Meet Our Therapists

Molly Katherine Stremba, LCSW | Founder
Molly created Internal Compass as a place where people could rediscover their self-worth, find their voice, and build the confidence to navigate life’s messier seasons. Her approach blends honesty with compassion—helping clients feel grounded, seen, and capable of creating lasting change.

Nikki Hirsch, LMSW & LSW
Nikki works with children, teens, and adults navigating emotional overwhelm, trauma, and transitions. Her sessions balance warmth, humor, and practical coping strategies, helping clients develop self-awareness and confidence as they grow into healthier versions of themselves.

Internal Compass exists to remind you that your voice matters, your story matters, and you already hold the strength to move forward with clarity and confidence.

Modalities

CBT
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) helps you identify and reframe unhelpful thought patterns so you can respond to life’s challenges with greater awareness.

DBT
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) strengthens your ability to regulate emotions, manage stress, and navigate relationships with more calm and control.

ACT
Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) – Teaches mindfulness-based strategies to help you accept what’s out of your control and take action on what truly matters.

EMDR
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) – A trauma-focused approach that helps the brain reprocess painful memories, reducing emotional intensity.
“Molly provides the perfect balance of warmth and challenge to our sessions together. It took me quite a few therapists before I met with Molly, and she made me feel comfortable to bring my whole self to our appointments. She has created a safe space with no judgement and goes above and beyond just our sessions. Sometimes she’ll send articles she comes across that she thinks may be helpful which shows she keeps her patients top of mind well beyond the 1 hour appointments. It may sound silly but Molly truly listens and is extremely thoughtful which is rarer than I expected in this field, and I am so thankful to be working with her.”
